Under UK GDPR, our legal basis for processing your contact form data is legitimate interests — specifically, responding to a direct enquiry you have chosen to send us.

How long we keep your data

We retain enquiry data for as long as is necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up communication. If no project proceeds, we will delete your data within 12 months of your initial contact. If we work with you as a client, we retain project-related communications for up to 3 years for business continuity and legal purposes.

Third-party services

This website uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policy:

  • Netlify — our hosting provider. Netlify processes form submissions and may log server access data. See Netlify's Privacy Policy.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — a CAPTCHA service on our contact form used to prevent spam. Cloudflare may process your IP address and browser signals. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Cookies

This website uses a small number of cookies and browser storage:

  • Strictly necessary cookies — Cloudflare Turnstile sets cookies required for the CAPTCHA on our contact form to function. These cannot be disabled without breaking the form.
  • Preference storage — we store your cookie banner acknowledgement in your browser's local storage so you are not shown the banner on every visit. This is not a tracking cookie.

We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and we do not share data with advertisers.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
